This is what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to make us stop. Short version: your email, your images and your answers, used to write your guide and nothing else.

What we collect

• Your email — to save your guides so you can come back to them, to count your free guide, and to recognise your membership. It is the only account you have; there is no password.
• Your images and answers — the pins you upload and what you tell the questionnaire. They exist to write your guide.
• Your guides — kept so they appear under Saved.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe sends us your email, your subscription status and a customer id.
• Usage — Vercel Analytics counts page views and a few events (a guide generated, a checkout button pressed) without cookies and without identifying you.

Who processes it

• Anthropic — the AI model that reads your images and writes your guide runs on Anthropic's API, reached through Vercel's AI Gateway. Your images and answers are sent to it for that purpose and are not used by Anthropic to train models.
• Vercel — hosts the site and stores guides and job results.
• Stripe — payments, subscriptions, refunds.
• Google — we check places against Google's Places data when building the catalogue; nothing about you is sent there.

How long

Guides and the email they're saved under stay until you ask us to delete them. Uploaded images are kept only as long as needed to write and revise the guide. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Write to hello@thefeeling.space from the email you used and we'll do it within a month. If you're in the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority; ours is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Cookies

The site uses browser storage to remember your email and your saved guides on your own device. No advertising cookies, no tracking across other sites.

Children

The service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site.
